How The Other Half Lives

Despite having previously photographed this window from the inside, I more often pass it from the outside as I wend my way around various buildings on my walks with Barley. The main point of there meanderings is for her to spend time outdoors, because it’s far better suited to her interests and also because she’s got needs. So I figured it would be fitting to capture some slightly more true-to-life conditions. Even so, I find I revisit the same notions: How weird must that austere, sterile world behind glass seem to any creatures passing by?
